Shipping & Returns

We want your Lofted Goods order to arrive quickly, safely, and exactly as expected. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we ship, what to do if something doesn’t go to plan, and how to get a return or exchange started. If you have a question that isn’t covered here, just reach out. We’re always happy to help.

Processing & Lead Times

Our products are made to order, which means each piece is 3D printed, assembled, and carefully packed just for you. We’re not a big warehouse operation. We’re a small team that cares a lot about what goes out the door.

  • Order Processing: 2–5 business days to prepare your order for shipment
  • High-Volume Periods: Processing may take slightly longer during launches or major holidays. We’ll keep you informed
  • Order Changes: Changes or cancellations can be requested within 24 hours of placing your order

If you need your order by a specific date, reach out before placing it and we’ll let you know if it’s doable.

Domestic Shipping (USA)

All domestic orders ship via UPS or USPS depending on size and destination. You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated 3–7 business days after order ships
  • Free Shipping: Complimentary on all domestic orders over $100
  • Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout based on destination and order size

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. We’re not responsible for carrier delays beyond our control.

International Shipping

We ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.

  • Estimated Delivery: 7–21 business days after order ships (varies by destination)
  • Customs & Duties: Import taxes and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient
  • Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or local carriers
  • Restricted Destinations: Some countries or regions may not be available at checkout

International orders are subject to the import regulations of the destination country. We’re not able to mark packages as “gifts” or alter declared values.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Click the link in that email to follow your package in real time.

If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 business days of placing your order, or if your tracking hasn’t updated in a while, get in touch and we’ll look into it right away.

Returns

We want you to love your Lofted Goods purchase. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we handle it.

What We Accept

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by your order number

How to Start a Return

Email us at info@loftedgoods.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Once approved, we’ll send a prepaid return shipping label. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the item.

What We Can’t Accept

  • Sale or discounted items (these are final sale)
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Items returned without prior approval
  • Items that show signs of use or are missing original packaging

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, just ask. We’d rather sort it out together than have you stuck with something you’re not happy with.

Damaged or Defective Items

Every order is packed with care, but sometimes things happen in transit. If your order arrives damaged, broken, or with a defect, we’ll make it right.

Email info@loftedgoods.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund. Your choice.

You do not need to return damaged items. Just send us the photos and we’ll get a resolution going immediately.
